What is your Shipping Policy?
In most listings, flat U.S. shipping rates are described. International flat rates are listed on many smaller items. In checkout, you may also calculate, real-time, weighted rates! This is a great tool for International shipments, where flat rates are not available. Some nations charge VAT in customs. These charges are between you and your nation, we are not party to these and we do not know what individual nations assess. We are honest sellers, so do NOT ask us to report deceptive package valuations or mark items as ‘gifts’. Buyer is responsible for all International VAT payments.

What is your Return Policy?
WARRANTY RETURNS: Defective items may be returned to us. If used, we will forward them to the manufacturer for you. You may want to save time and send them to the manufacturer directly if they allow. For many items particularly electronic items, only the manufacturer has the capable testing & repair equipment. RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE: All sales are final. Since we only sell new items, only unopened packages may be returned for exchange only. Re-stapled or re-sealed packages do NOT qualify. Verify before purchase, via manuals and parts views of your equipment, that purchases are compatible. Although a listing may describe compatibility to your equipment, equipment versions vary and your manual must be the FINAL source of compatibility information. Items may be returned for 14 days upon mail receipt. Buyer shall pay for inbound and outbound shipping on returns.
