The DSM2 technology offers freedom from frequency restrictions and allows the Blade mCX to be flown anywhere, anytime indoors with precise 4-channel control.
Electronics: The 5-in-1 Control Unit is a lightweight combination of main motor electronic speed controls, mixer, servos and a Spektrum DSM2 compatible receiver.
No assembly is needed and there is nothing left to buy! Even the AA batteries are INCLUDED! In addition to the 2.4GHz DSM2 4-channel transmitter and 8 AA batteries, the Blade mCX also includes a re-chargeable 1S 3.7V 110mAh Li-Po battery pack, and a AA battery-powered Li-Po charger.
The Blade mCX’s coaxial, counter-rotating blades cancel out the rotational torque that makes hovering a conventional heli so difficult. Instead of a tail rotor, the Blade mCX uses differential rotor speed for tail control so the inherent stability of the counter-rotating blades is preserved in all phases of flight, making this a heli any first-time pilot can enjoy.
